How do I download StagePlayer?

Note: Your license is accessible by just one device at a time during your rehearsal and license period. If your rehearsal hardware differs from the hardware used during your live performances, or if you need to change equipment during your rehearsal or license period, you may follow the instructions below for your second system. Before you download your show content on the second system, you will need to utilize the "Sync to Web" function available in the Settings of your specific show package which will save any edits made to your rental.

Downloading StagePlayer (Windows)

Step-by-step instructions:

  1. Using the device that will operate the projections during your performance, open an internet browser, and navigate to accounts.broadwaymedia.com
  2. Log into your account on the accounts.broadwaymedia.com page using the credentials supplied to you in the delivery email
  3. Click on "Order History" to view your active orders
  4. Click the "Download StagePlayer" button
  5. This will download the stageplayer.exe into your download folder on your computer
  6. Double click to open the application (TIP: this may require the computer's administrator password)
  7. The application will be downloaded onto your computer
  8. Double-click on the StagePlayer icon and you will be prompted to enter your email and password
  9. This will open StagePlayer in Library View

Minimum Requirements:

  • Windows 11 or better,
  • Intel Pentium 4 processor with SSE2 or equivalent and ≥2.0 GHz
  • 4GB of available memory (RAM)
  • 10GB available disk space plus an additional 5GB per rental

Step-by-step instructions:

  1. Using the device that will operate the projections during your performance, open an internet browser, and navigate to accounts.broadwaymedia.com
  2. Log into your account on the accounts.broadwaymedia.com page using the credentials supplied to you in the delivery email
  3. Click on "Order History" to view your active orders
  4. Click the "Download StagePlayer" button
  5. This will download the stageplayer.dmg into your download folder on your computer
  6. Drag the StagePlayer icon into your Application folders
  7. The application will be downloaded onto your computer
  8. Double-click on the StagePlayer icon and you will be prompted to enter your email and password
  9. This will open StagePlayer in Library View

  • 64 bit M1 processor or equivalent and ≥2.0 GHz
