How do I edit the digital scenery?
Great question! Stage Player gives you the freedom to customize the way the digital scenery works with your production. You have the ability to both eliminate and duplicate content, reorder where things are, and customize the text that displays in the cue sheet. All of these changes can be accessed through the "Settings" button found on the show in your Stage Player library. Please note that any changes you make are device specific and will not transfer to another device unless you utilize the "Sync to Web" button located in the "Edit Cues" menu prior to transferring to another device.
This "Settings" button will display collection-wide settings:
Blackout Settings (at the end of Curtain Warmer, Scenes, and/or Acts)
Animation Options (the ability to re-activate action videos after you've made edits)
Curtain Warmer Settings (the ability to choose between the Show Curtain Warmer, the App Master, or one that you upload)
Show "Edit Cues" button
Show "Configure Displays" button

Common Mistakes, and How to Avoid Them
- Always save your changes! We recommend doing this twice. Once with the "save button" so that the changes are saved to your hard drive, and again with the "sync with web" button to save the changes to the cloud.
- Disabling Action Videos: When moving cues around, StagePlayer may automatically disable the first part of your following cue. This is due to the transition no longer making sense. If you don't want the action video disables, click on the "animations options" in the settings menu.
