What is included in your Choreography Guides order?

Choreography guides were designed with the intent to inspire your cast and enrich the overall theatrical experience. Musicals have a variety of choreographic and staging styles. Every song in the show has some type of instruction, however, some are intended as full-out dance numbers and choreography by a Choreographer, while others are more staged/blocked and led by a director. For this reason, some musical numbers have specific steps provided, while others leave room for a director's interpretation.

For the production numbers that do not have step-by-step instructions, the Choreography guides provide a toolbox of steps, language, and information for both Directors and Choreographers to use. This allows your creative team to adjust, modify, and use as much or little movement as makes sense for your production.
