Professional License: If I close QLab and StagePlayer, how do I find my edits?

Here are the steps for opening a saved QLab file:


  1. Make sure both Qlab and StagePlayer are closed.
  2. Open QLab first.
  3. Then, open the workspace (files will have a red X and not be accessible).
  4. Open StagePlayer.
  5. Click the "Open with QLab" button in StagePlayer.
  6. StagePlayer will open a popup saying that an empty workspace is needed — this is false. You can click "Okay."
  7. Give it a few seconds/minutes and you will see that QLab can access the files once again.
