How to add a User


There may be times when you'd like to add a user to your account. We've made it easy to do so! Simply use the following steps:


Step 1: Log in to your account at www.broadwaymedia.com

Step 2: Click the icon in the right hand corner to access your account details.

Step 3: Click "My Organizations"

Step 4: Click Users

Step 5: Click Add User

NOTE: The upper right hand corner will tell you how many Users you can add for your organization.

Step 6: Enter your User's email address and click Add

Step 7: Click Rentals

Step 8: Make sure "All Rentals" is checked and click Invite

Your User will receive an email with their unique access code. You will also be able to view it in your account.

Note: The number of remaining seats will be updated. You can remove a User any time you'd like!
