How to access your Choreography Guide

Accessing your Choreography Guide is as easy as 5-6-7-8! Simply follow these steps:

Step 1: Sign in at www.broadwaymedia.com.

If you placed the order, use your username and password to log in.

Note: An Access Key will take you directly to Step 4 after logging in.

Step 2: Head to your account and select “Digital Rentals” from the menu.

Step 3: You’ll see your rentals listed on this page.

Click the icon next to your Choreography Guide to open it.

Step 4: Your Choreography Guide will open.

Use the side panel to choose the video you’d like to watch.

For the best experience, make sure you’re connected to a strong internet signal to avoid any lag.

Want to share access with your cast or production team?

Click “Add Crew Access” to invite them.

Note: Only account admins can add crew access.

Just enter their email addresses in the box, separated by commas. Each person will receive an email with their own unique access key.

Note: Student and school email addresses may not receive the email due to restrictions by the school. Personal email addresses are recommended to receive an access key.
