Getting Started with Embedded Custom Content

If your show has the option to include custom content, it is very easy to get started!


The first thing to know is you can submit your request now and return later to make the payment or upload your custom files. The following steps will walk you through making the request.


Step 1: Login to your account and navigate to Digital Rentals.


Step 2: Select the pencil icon.

Step 3: If you have them, you can go ahead and upload your files. If not, you can skip this cup and return to it another time.

Step 4: Agree to the terms and conditions and submit your request.


Step 5: You can complete payment now, or you can return at a later time.

Note: Payment is nonrefundable, so you may want to ensure you have your content ready prior to paying.


An additional $100 fee will apply if requested within 21 days of your needed delivery date. We are unable to accept customization requests less than 10 days before your required delivery date.
