Quick Start Guide

  1. Ensure that you have your materials:
    1. The surface is where your digital scenery will be displayed during your live performance.
    2. The output is the device used to display the digital scenery. Examples are a TV, LED wall, or most common: a projector.
    3. Connection hardware is the cabling/hardware used to connect your output to your input. Depending on your setup you will need an HDMI cable; projector mount, and/or extension hardware kit.
    4. Input is the device used to run the digital scenery software. Typically a computer (view system requirements here)
    5. Software is the system used to program and operate the digital scenery. Broadway Media delivers content through the software StagePlayer.
    6. Content is the imagery to be projected.
  2. Download and install StagePlayer:
    1. Using the device that will operate the digital scenery during your performance, open an internet browser and navigate to accounts.broadwaymedia.com
    2. With the account email and supplied password, log into your account.
    3. Once logged in you will see a directory of active rentals. Under your active rental, and determined by the device you are using, click  "Mac" or  "Windows". While connected to the internet, the application file will download to your computer
  3. Download your digital scenery:

This is a step you will only have to complete one time per show and the last time you will need an internet connection for your digital scenery.
